Glass Bridge: Crossing the Gorge

The glass bridge is the headline draw. On the transparent deck, the gorge falls away and the stream looks like a thin line far below. Expect shoe covers, flow control, and capacity limits—check same-day opening and security rules. Keep photos short in the tightest mid-span lanes for safety and courtesy.

If you fear heights, acclimate at the bridgehead platforms or keep the crossing brief. Wind or heavy rain can affect opening—confirm before you go. Photographers often prefer morning or late afternoon for richer reflections and canyon shadow.

Valley Walks & Itinerary Pairing

After the bridge, many continue down into the canyon for the shift from sky to valley. Air is damper, walls closer, pace slower. Wear non-slip shoes and watch wet steps; if energy is limited, shorten the valley section and keep time for the bridge and main platforms.
